Over the years, Patty Feather has created well over 100 unique designs for woven baskets, spanning the capabilities of most weavers. Kits and instructions are offered for all her designs. Kits include all the materials needed to complete the basket. For those who stock their own weaving materials, instructions alone are offered as well.

The wooden bases, rims, handles and other accessories are also natural materials, and special care has been taken to ensure that they are in perfect condition for weaving. If there will be a significant delay before weaving can begin, they should be cared for the same as the weaving material to assure their lasting beauty.
Basket weaving requires a special collection of tools to make the project go smoothly. In Feather Baskets classes, most of the specialty tools will be provided for the weavers use in the class, and all tools are made available for purchase.
Feather Baskets, and Patty Feather the artist, provide the opportunity of students of any skill level to create woven art work and develop new skills in her classes. Classes are offered in her private studio, area guilds in Kentucky and Indiana, and in regional basket making workshops. Kits are provided which include all the materials needed for the completed project, and personal instruction. Patterns for her designs are also available, as are supplies.
